Our Mission
“Interprojects” has been implementing since 2006 both national and international projects, aiming at contributing to the social, educational and labour integration of people with disabilities in Bulgaria and beyond.
Through our participation, both as a partner and coordinator, in transnational projects under various programmes of the European Commission, such as “Leonardo da Vinci”, “Socrates”, “LLP”, EU Social fund, “Phare” etc., we were able to a vast portfolio of initiatives and expertise that have been orientated towards the social integration and professional realization of people with disabilities, as well as other disadvantaged people.
Our work in many cases is designed to act as a bridge between different stakeholders: employers, people with disabilities and disadvantaged people, trainers, policy makers, experts working in the sphere of disability.
We combine best practice examples, recognized in many European countries, with innovative approaches for educational and vocational training, delivering courses tailored to the specific needs of people with disabilities, thus making people with disabilities and disadvantaged people more competitive on the open labour market. Our team strongly believes that the human factor is the most valuable asset in making a successful business. Therefore, the work potential of people with disabilities should be used by the employers as a rational practice, and not only as a demonstration of social engagement.
